Who Is The Boone County Community Foundation?

Our foundation was created in 2001.  We are an affiliate member of The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation, the largest community foundation in West Virginia.  All contributions given to the Boone County Community Foundation are managed by the professional investment companies through The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation, who currently holds over $123,400,000 in endowed funds.  Though managed by The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation, all donations given to the Boone County Community Foundation remain in funds that create grants for Boone County.
