Foundation Announces New Scholarship Fund: BCCF
is honored to announce the birth of our newest scholarship fund, the
Regina S. McCormick Memorial Scholarship Fund. This fund was
created by the family and friends of Regina McCormick, beloved
teacher at Madison Middle School who passed suddenly on April 30, 2011.
The purpose of the scholarship fund is to continue Regina's
dedication to nurture and educate Boone County's youth. After
reaching the minimum $10,000, the fund will incubate for at least a
year to build income. At that point, the fund will be eligible to
award scholarships.
Once the fund is in the
position to make awards, any graduating senior from Scott High School
entering an in-state college or university majoring in an education
field of study is eligible to apply.

The 2011-2012 scholarship awards have now been posted to the Foundation Scholarships page.

photos of your project you would like to share, please email them to
the Foundation office at bccf@shafferlaw.net. We'll upload them to our Photo Gallery page and show them off!
