Scholarship Information

The Boone County Community Foundation has two active scholarship funds:  The Dora Jo Byrnside Scholarship Fund and the Madison Rotary Scholarship Fund that is managed by the Foundation.    The Madison Rotary scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Scott High School and Van High School in Boone County, WV.   The Dora Jo Byrnside Fund is named after a past beloved teacher at Scott High School and only graduating seniors from Scott High School in Boone County, WV are eligible.  

The Foundation is happy to announce a new scholarship fund that is still in the building process.  The Regina S. McCormick Memorial Scholarship Fund will not distribute scholarship awards until the minimum fund amount is reached.  The fund currently stands at a little more than 75%.
